Howard Stern

There's successful, wealthy radio personality and "America's Got Talent" judge Howard Stern, waving to fans as he prepares to get into his limo.

Just a few feet away is New York City cab 8Y70, which according to the Taxi & Limousine Commission, is now being driven by Amanda Bynes.

From what I've been reading in the news, I'm not sure I'd want to get in that cab.
